Q:  When does the challenge begin?

A:  This challenge begins on April 20th and ends on May 10th

 

Q: Do I have to come into the gym to sign up or meet with any one?

A: No.  This whole challenge is designed around the “stay at home” orders we are all under.  So you will have your orientation with Coach Tiffany on Zoom and attend all your virtual workout sessions on Zoom and communicate with us and your partner via private Facebook Group and our My Coach app.

 

Q: What type of equipment do I need for the workouts?

A: We can and will modify any exercise to a bodyweight option if needed. So no equipment is needed. However, if you have a set up dumbbells that will be helpful! You will also need a device that is connected to wifi to join the live classes on Zoom.

 

Q: I have never used Zoom before, will someone show me how to get on and join in a Zoom workout?

A: Yes, you will meet with a coach before the challenge begins via phone or Zoom to go over all the tech information and more.

 

Q: Do I have to have my camera on during the workout?

A: We don’t require you to have your camera on.  The most important thing is that you can see us.  However, one of the things that we provide to you is coaching on form correction and improving technique and we can only do that if we can see you 😊

 

Q: What if I don’t have a partner?

A: Just sign up.  We will make sure you get partnered up.  But do your best to get a friend to do this with you. I think you will find that you will have more fun and have a stronger sense of accountability.

 

Q: What times are the live workouts?

A: Mon / Wed / Fri at 8:00am / 12:10pm / 4:00pm
     Tue / Thu at 9:00am / 5:15pm

Each session is 40-45 minutes long.

 

Q: What if I can’t make it to one of the live workout times available?

A:  Live is always best, but don’t worry.  We will record the first workout of the day and post the recording for you on our resources page so you can do the workout whenever you have the time.

 

Q: What types of things will I be doing in this challenge?

A: We recommend you attend at least 3 live sessions per week with us on Zoom.  There will be an easy to follow meal plan that has healthy whole foods but nothing fancy.  There will be some weekly activities like “eat your vegetables” or “get 8 hours of sleep” ……  Just some activities that will help you have fun, stay fit, reduce stress all while staying home 😊

 

Q: Happens after I sign up?

A: First you will fill out a quick form with your Name, Email, Phone Number.  Then it will take you to a payment page.  Once your payment is complete you will get an email with a link to set up an appointment for your one on one orientation, just click that link and pick a time and we will take it from there. Technically you can start taking classes right after you sign up, so the sooner we can get you signed up the sooner you can start!
