WILL I NEED A RESERVATION TO COME INTO THE GYM?

Yes. To help ensure physical distance at Fit Rev, we will require all members (Group Training & Semi-Private) to make a reservation on the Zen Planner app up to 7 days in advance. For example, today is 6/17...you will be able to reserve classes for any session on or before 6/24.  Tomorrow you can reserve 6/25 and so on.

It is especially important that you manage your reservation. If you can’t make it, please cancel your reservation as soon as you can so that someone else can reserve that spot.

If you are on the waiting list, make sure that you check back the night before for an early morning class or a few hours before later morning or evening classes to see if you have moved up and can attend class. You will automatically be moved into a reservation, which you will need to cancel if you no longer want to attend.

HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?

Using the Zen Planner app or Member Connect on your desktop (the same log in works for both), follow these steps:

Open the app and select Calendar right below your profile picture.

Navigate to the day and time you would like to attend.

Tap “Reserve” next to the class time.

To cancel that time: Select “Reservations” right next to “Calendar” below the profile picture and tap your reservation and Tap “Cancel” at the bottom

There is a 5 hour window where you can no longer reserve or cancel. Meaning you can't reserve a few hours before class and you can't cancel a few hours before class. So please make sure you make your reservation or cancel it at least 5 hours before the scheduled class time. This will prevent the coach from having any surprises and it will also allow anyone on the waiting list to move up to a reserved spot.

HOW DO I MAKE A MASSAGE OR PERSONAL TRAINING APPOINTMENT?

If you have a standing appointment for your personal training or massage time that will remain the same and you can text Jeff to confirm that time at 707-225-2490.

For new appointments you can schedule your appointment here in Jeff’s appointment book.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE FOR MY RESERVATION?

So that we can get everyone through the check in process before the start of class you will need to arrive NO LATER that 5 minutes before your class start time.

If you arrive after the class start time, you will not be permitted to participate in the class.

DO NOT arrive late.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I BOOK A RESERVATION?

Reservations can be made in the mobile app or on Member Connect site two weeks in advance.

WHAT ARE THE SESSION TIMES?

You can view the schedule on the Zen Planner app or on the Member Connect site.

This schedule is subject to change based on attendance levels and wait lists.

HOW MANY MEMBERS ARE ALLOWED IN EACH SESSION?

Group training sessions will be limited to 9 participants.

Semi-Private sessions will be limited to 5 participants.

WHAT IS THE NEW CHECK-IN PROCESS?

Please do not come to the gym if you are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms or you’re not feeling well.

Arrive at the gym no earlier than 15 minutes prior to and no later than 5 minutes prior for your scheduled reservation. You can wait in your car or wait on the designated spots on the pavement outside the gym until the coach arrives outside the door and provides  guidance for entering the building.

Leave all personal belongings except your phone, your mat and your water bottle at home or in the trunk of your car. There are no storage bins available. You can bring in a small bag to keep your phone, keys and your mask in.

The coach will take your temperature with a touchless thermometer, then you will sanitize your hands and choose one of the available workout pods.

Please wear your mask any time you are not in your workout pod.

Although strongly encouraged, you are not required to wear a mask while working out. Napa County requires a mask be worn when proper distancing (6 feet) is not possible.  If you are not able to maintain proper distance while in the parking lot or in line waiting to check in to class please wear your mask.

WHAT IS A WORKOUT ‘POD’?

Each person will have a pod to workout in.  This is a 100 square foot area that is taped of on the floor.  In that ‘pod’ you will have all the equipment you will need to have a successful workout including but not limited to dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, medball, bike, hands elevated space, massage balls, foam roller and more.

Once you enter the gym you pick the pod you want to train in and you will stay there for the duration of the workout.  This means you will never share any equipment during the workout and you will be properly distanced from others.

If you need a piece of equipment that is not in your pod, please let the coach know and they will get it for you.

All running will be done outside, we will exit through the north side roll up door and enter through the east side door.

WHAT ABOUT OTHER AREAS IN THE GYM?

Both bathrooms are available. All surface areas will be sanitized in between classes.  Use the taped off walk ways to get to the bathroom, please do not walk through someone else's pod.

For now, members will not be able to enter the offices unless instructed to do so by a coach or use the ‘ball wall’ or any wall for rolling.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY SESSION ENDS?

You will wipe any equipment you touched with sanitizing wipes. This includes the roller, the kettlebells, the bike handles, seat and adjustment knobs, the bar, the bench, balls, etc.

Unfortunately, no hanging out and chatting in the gym after class. As much as we would love to

hang out and chat and we know that you want to hang out and chat. We must get started on mopping each pod with a bleach solution between each session.  You can continue to chat outside -- properly distanced of course 😊.

Sanitize your hands on the way out of the gym.

Reserve your next session on the Zen Planner App ASAP

You will be responsible for wiping anything you touch with a disinfecting wipe and also washing your hands or using hand sanitizer for your hands on the way into the building and on the way out.

DO I NEED TO WEAR A FACE MASK WHILE WORKING OUT?

Please wear a face mask when waiting to enter the gym or walking through any shared areas in the gym, best practice is to put on your mask when you are not in your pod.

Although strongly encouraged, you are not required to wear a mask while working out. Napa County requires a mask be worn when proper distancing (6 feet) is not possible.  All group training and semi-private training sessions will have at least 6 feet of spacing between participants and coach.

WHAT ARE YOUR PHYSICAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES WHILE IN THE GYM?

We are asking all members to maintain a 6-foot distance between themselves and others in the gym. We will have signage and marked areas on the floor with individual workout pods and walking areas that provide at least 6 feet of space between participants and coaches.

WILL YOU BE TAKING TEMPERATURES OF MEMBERS AND TEAM MEMBERS?

A coach will use a touchless thermometer to check your temperature upon check in. If a member’s temperature exceeds the CDC recommendation, they will be asked to leave until their temperature has reduced.

WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO KEEP YOUR TEAM MEMBERS SAFE?

We are providing masks, disposable gloves, and opportunities to wash and/or sanitize hands.

Coaches are trained on hand washing, physical distancing protocols and gym sanitizing standards.
